The course aims to complete the following goals: Examine fundamental legal principles of business contracts, analyse the legal aspects in the formation, running and winding up of business, analyze the scope and the issues associated with partnerships, negotiable instruments and cyber law, evaluate and analyse the scope and application of sale of goods act and consumer protection act, equip the students with insights on different labour regulations in India

Ms. Amala Mary has worked as systems engineer with TCS, where she was bestowed the star performer award and also has gained corporate HR experience working with MaxVal IP Services, Coimbatore. She has contributed massively in weaving employee development into performance and capability matrix. Her interests include HR analytics, performance management and operations management. She has handled admission processes.
