About This Course

The objective of the course is to familiarize learners with the basic concepts of Boolean algebra and digital systems. This course covers the design of simple combinational and sequential logic circuits, representation and arithmetic algorithms for Binary, BCD (Binary Coded Decimal) and Floating point numbers which in turn are helpful in understanding organization and design of a computer system and understanding how patterns of ones and zeros can be used to store information on computers, including multimedia data.
