About This Course

The aim of the Engineering Physics Program is to offer students a solid background in the fundamentals of Physics and to impart that knowledge in engineering disciplines. The program is designed to develop scientific attitudes and enable the students to correlate the concepts of Physics with the core programmes

Requirements

Higher secondary level Physics, Mathematical course on vector calculus,differential equations and linear algebra

Assistant Professor(Special Grade)

Ms. Vidya T.P. joined Federal Institute of Science And Technology(FISAT) on 1/8/2016 as faculty in Physics. She completed her M.Sc. in 1995 from Mar Athanasius college Kothamangalam. She took M.Phil in 2008 from Annamalai University, Chidambaram. She worked as guest lecturer in physics in Mar Athanasius college, Kothamangalam from 1999 jan to 2002 march. From 2002 august to 2014 july, she has been working as assistant professor in physics in Ilahia college of Engineering and Technology.
