The subject explains about the broad and general guideline for managerial decision making and behavior of employees towards organization. Management is essential to any organization that wishes to be efficient and achieve its aims. Without someone in a position of authority there would be organizational anarchy with no structure and very little, if any focus.

Mr. Prasanth is an MBA graduate from Cochin University of Science & Technology. He is UGC NET Qualified in Management and currently pursuing his Ph.D. He has 8 years of experience in industry and academia.
