The broad syllabus includes Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Order Processing - Transportation - Demand Forecasting, Integrated supply chain, Growth of Supply chain, Strategic decision in supply chain,Logistics Network- Integrated Logistics system, Economics of Logistics, Third Party Logistics, Therole of IT in Supply chain, Uses of IT in inventories, Global Supply Chain Management.
After the successful completion of this course, the students are able to conceptualize Logistics and Supply Chain Management in the contemporary business scenario.
Requirements
The ability to think about the 'how' of business, instead of the 'what'. Basic comprehension and writing skills and good application orientation.
